Obituary of Udhey Kumar Aima

Udhey Kumar Aima, son of Sh. Aftab Kaul Aima and Smt. Indrawati Aima, was a loving husband, heroic officer, protective father, nurturing grandfather, and a loyal friend. A man who had lived a larger than life persona. He in his life span lived by an example of a larger life by all virtues than a longer life. Shri. Udhey was a Karam Yogi, his selfless service to his home, family, and friends has made him attain God-realization. The life he lead touched many others in one way or another. He was at the beck and call of all who needed him. He was a brave officer of the state security and was a recipient of The President Medal and Governors Bravery Award for his heroic role for fighting terrorism in the state and neutralizing the terrorist attack at the Jammu railway station. Our dearest Udhey Kumar Aima, originally from Karan Nagar, Srinagar and resident of Roop Nagar, Jammu, suddenly left for his heavenly abode in California on 27th April 2019 at 3:17 p.m. Now he is in heaven with the Lord, free from all the pain. He will always remain fresh and alive in our memories. We wish to express gratitude to all those who stood by us in this hour of bereavement. We pray for eternal peace for his departed soul.
