Obituary of Jack Melvin Cather

Jack Melvin Cather was born on April 24, 1924 in Missouri and passed away December 25, on Christmas Day, 2018 in Chino, California. Jack served our country in the Army during World War II. When he returned, he met the love of his life, Joyce Merilyn, whom has since passed away in 2007. Jack joined the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department from 1957 to 1979. At this time of retirement, he was a Detective in the Arson and Bomb Squad. After retirement he and Joyce enjoyed spending time with family and traveling the US and Canada in there RV along with their two dogs Daisy and Elli.
