After a life long condition, Jeffrey passed away and has now joined his mother and father in eternal rest. His immediate family had arranged for cremation services and his urn will be placed here at Melrose Abbey Memorial Park with other family members privately. A special thank you to his long term care givers and his guardian "angels" Maria and Nelly who have been a part of the family for many years. No public services will be held.
