age 92,of Anaheim passed away May 24, 2011. Born in Louisiana, he lived in Swartz before joining the Navy in 1937. He served 8 years in the U.S. Navy attaining the rank of Chief. He was a 62 year member of the Masonic Lodge. Tom married his wife Barbara in 1942 and they had 62 years together before she passed away. He lived in Redondo Beach for 56 years before moving to Orange County in 1988. He worked for Chevron Corp. for 39 years retiring in 1980. Upon retirement he and wife Barbara traveled extensively. Tom loved to garden, read and play golf. He is survived by a son, Tom and wife, Mable; daughter, Christy; grandchildren: Tracy and husband Micheal, Cheryl and husband Jaime; T. C. and fiancee Beth; and great-grandchildren, Scott, Kayla, James, Sadie and Rylan He was a supportive father who is greatly missed by his family. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 2:30pm in the Abbey Chapel. Nicheside services will be on Tuesday, June 7 2011 at 2:30pm. Services entrusted to Melrose Abbey Mortuary.
