Jennie (Pollifrone) Greco, 93, passed away on June 7,2011. Jennie was born on Dec. 27, 1917 in Hillsville, PA. A daughter of Vincent and Philomina (Carbone) Pollifrone. She was a former Briar Hill, and a Northside resident in Youngstown, until retiring to Orange in 1972. She leaves a son, Rudolph (Joan)Greco of Orange; Phylllis "Cookie" (Mathew)Baker of Sun City, CA; 7 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a sister, Vicki Billet of Florida. Her husband Nick Greco whom she married on Sept. 11, 1937, passed away on May, 28 2001. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Patsy Pollifrone, a sister, Italia (Tillie) Cizmar, and 2 infant brothers. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 5pm-8pm in the Abbey Chapel. Funeral Ceremonies will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 1pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, 2400 N. Canal Street, Orange, CA 92865. Interment will immediately follow at Melrose Abbey Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Melrose Abbey Mortuary.
