Obituary of Michael Casper
Michael Leo Casper was born April 16, 1954 as the third child of Arlene and Loren Casper. He grew up with 6 siblings; Bill, Deanna, Debbie, Donna, Joe, and Mary. He grew up in Garden Grove, California. Mike lived a rock n roll life in his red van; traveling to concerts and festivals, partying, and dancing his ass off. He was an original rock star. He swooped his wife Becky off her feet with his charm, good looks, and fabulous hair at the age of 30. They fell madly in love and the rest was a beautiful story to follow. Mike had four daughters; Dawn, Brandy, Katie, and Samantha. Mike and Becky bought a home that welcomed many amazing grandchildren. Which included Madeline, Bella, Mila, Mikey, and Ben. He inherited other grandchildren as well; Keith, Neah, and Dean. His grandchildren quickly became the joy of his life. He had 31 nieces and nephews and many more grand nieces and nephews. Mike started his career as a plumber as a teenager, he established a very successful business for himself, he loved spending his time with his family at the beach, and he enjoyed music with everything he did. There was a joke to be added to any situation, he was full of laughter and always smiling, and he couldn’t wait to add more to his bamboo patio. He was a free spirit who traveled many places and had a deep respect for God’s creatures. Mike was a cowboy at heart with his imaginary horse named Sprout. His belief in God was the center of his life’s perspective. In good times, hard times, or unknown times God was the solution. Mike had a talent for making each person feel special and accepted for exactly who they are. He was the type of person you could only meet once in a lifetime and he will be greatly missed by all those who had a pleasure of being in his life. Like Mike would always say; BE GOOD!
