Obituary of Patricia Louise Neufeld

Patricia Louise was born in Santa Ana, CA on March 4, 1946 to parents Ervin & Christine. It was there in the city of Santa Ana that she met the love of her life Robert Lee Sr. They were neighbors and did silly but romantic things for their budding romance. Such as, poking holes in the wall just to hold each other’s fingers. They married in 1964 and started a family. Gradually, the family grew when their three children came along Tammy, Robert, and Kathy. They were married for 36 years until his untimely death on November 24, 2000, which is a testament of their love and commitment.

Her only son preceded her in death in 1968. Then she battled and beat cancer in 1970. Lost her beloved daughter Kathy in 2012. She was a pillar of strength that continued to love her family. Patricia had a very close and loving relationship with her daughter Kathy. For many years, she would call her family daily, just to check in on them and make sure they were safe. Later she took great joy in spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids, going to the casino’s and listening to music by Elvis Presley.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Lee Sr. her son: Robert Lee Jr. her daughter: Kathy Leanne Cruz and son in law Jose Santana. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Lee Santana: grand children: Joseph Santana,  Michael Santana, Daniel Santana, Angela Nhiel, Bryana Santana, Robert Neufeld: great-grandchildren: Kora Nhiel, Everly Fernandez, Josie Fernandez,  Mila Nhiel, Danserey Nhiel, JR.: son in law Danserey SR. : her brother:  Jack Pittman.

She will be remembered most by her family and friends for being caring and protective of her family.
