Jay was a shipmate who always had a smile on his face, and was pleasure to serve with. Though I haven't seen him in 30 years, it only seems like yesterday we were tracking Soviets and hitting liberty ports. I wish his family the sincerest of condolences on his passing. His final words to our group have been inspirational and admirable. He'll be missed until we meet again.
