Obituary of Andrew "Andy" Trujillo

Better known as Andy, or Henry has passed away and was taken up into heaven on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. He was born and raised a Catholic in San Juan Capistrano on August 8, 1931. Later he would meet the love of his life Linda Sue Baldwin. They would marry on December 24, 1962, and have 3 children (Andrea, Charlie, and Aaron "Yakky"). He has been widowed for many years and is survived by his only son Aaron (Yakky) with wife Norine; and 2 daughters, Andrea with husband Steve, and Charlie with husband Paul. His brother, Trophy Trujillo is the only one left of 5 brothers and 5 sisters (Jessie, Tony, Lupe, Connie, Mary, Reuben, Molly, Joe, Henry (Andy), and Trophy). His grandchildren (Jacqui, Elizabeth, Angel, Sean, Rachel, London, Brian, Chelsea, Tara, John-John, Mathew, and Elias) have all enjoyed his warm-hearted humor and have been the benefactor of his love and time. His cheerful generosity and humor have been the hallmark of his life. In recent years he has been physically challenged but that did not stop him from riding his scooter daily to meet and greet the people of his community. He got the biggest kick out of befriending strangers as he travelled through the neighborhood. He looked forward to his shopping trips so he could say "Hi" to the people. He was cheerful and courageous to the end. You will be missed by many. We will carry your legacy in our hearts forever! Love, Andrea, Charlie, and Aaron (Yakky) "We Love you Dad!" Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 from 3pm-8pm with a vigil to take place at 6:00pm in the Abbey Chapel. Funeral Services will be on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 11am in the Abbey Chapel, with interment to immediately follow at Melrose Abbey Memorial Park.
